If you are not entirely satisfied with your order you have up to 28 days from receipt of your delivery to return the item(s) back to us for a full refund.


To return an item:

  • Fill in your returns form, which can be downloaded here or located in the 'Returns' tab in relevant product pages.
  • Place the returns form in your packaging.
  • Return to the address given in the returns form.
  • We will notify you as soon as we receive your returns via email and your account Message Centre.

Here's some things to remember when returning your item:
  • You may return your goods within 28 days of receipt of the products.
  • If your item arrived faulty or damaged, please go to Help Desk and raise a support ticket.
  • Please return products with full, undamaged packaging and in original condition.
  • We advise you to keep a certificate of postage; we cannot be responsible for returns until they are received at our warehouse.

  • Unsealed/opened CDs, DVDs or Blu-ray Discs

  • Lingerie

  • Pillows
  • Duvets
  • Children's safety/child seats
  • Personal grooming products
  • Any product(s) with hygiene seal removed

Note: This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. Please ensure you return the goods in their original condition within 28 days of them arriving to you.
